This guide explains our entire shipping process in structured A–B–C sections so you know exactly how your order moves from checkout to delivery and what timelines to expect.

A. Order Processing

All orders go through a standard 2–5 business day processing period. During this time, we verify order details, confirm payment, and ensure each item meets our quality standards before shipping.
Processing includes the following steps: quality inspection, item preparation, protective packaging, shipping label creation, and a final accuracy check.

Our business week runs Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed outside business hours are processed the next working day.

Orders placed after 7:00 PM EST automatically shift into the following day’s processing queue to ensure thorough and accurate handling.
Orders submitted on Sundays or major holidays begin processing on the next business day.

B. Additional Processing Time for Special Orders

Customized or personalized items—such as names, text, artwork, or unique design requests—require an additional 1–3 business days for design review, customization, and quality verification.

Bulk or wholesale orders containing 50+ units may require 7–10 business days, depending on current production workload and inventory availability.

Same-day processing is available only for non-custom orders placed before 7:00 PM EST.

C. Shipping Carriers

After processing, your order is shipped using trusted partners such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL (depending on region).
The carrier is selected based on destination, package size, weight, and the most reliable delivery route available.

D. Shipping Fee

All domestic shipments include a flat-rate fee of $6.99 USD.
This ensures consistent packaging quality, reliable handling, and stable delivery times without unexpected costs at checkout.

E. Delivery Time

Most U.S. orders arrive within 5–12 business days once shipped.
Delivery time varies based on location, carrier, and overall package volume in transit.

Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery windows.
Seasonal factors such as weather, holidays, and national carrier volume may also affect delivery speed.

For time-sensitive occasions, we recommend placing orders 2–3 weeks in advance.

F. Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we cannot ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, etc.)
  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

These restrictions are due to carrier limitations and logistical constraints. We aim to expand coverage as we grow.

G. Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (depending on your checkout preference).
Tracking updates typically begin within 24–48 hours after the carrier receives the package.

During peak periods, tracking activity may take longer to appear.
We recommend checking your tracking link regularly for real-time updates.

H. Holiday & Peak Season Notes

National holidays, major sales events, and winter weather may cause delays in both processing and delivery due to high carrier volume.
To ensure on-time arrival, consider placing holiday orders early.
