By placing an order with Halapps, you agree to the policies below. These guidelines ensure a clear, fair, and consistent process for returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds. All terms apply to customers within the United States.

A. 30-Day Return Window
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from non-shipping damage.
  • Products must include original tags and packaging.
  • A proof of purchase (receipt, confirmation email, screenshot) is required.

B. No Prepaid Return Label Included
We do not include physical return labels. To begin a return:

C. Return Process
To start a return, send an email to support@halapps.com with:

  • Order number + full name
  • Proof of purchase
  • Reason for return

If the item is damaged or defective, attach photos or a short video to speed up verification.

Once your return arrives, we inspect it within 24 hours. Approved refunds are typically issued within 14 days, though your bank may require 3–5 additional business days to finalize processing.

D. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Email support@halapps.com with clear images or a video.
After verification, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

E. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:

  • Damaged goods
  • Defective items
  • Wrong products shipped
  • Incorrect sizes

Eligible exchanges include free return shipping.

F. Refunds
Once your item is inspected, we will notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

G. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of being placed.
After this window, the order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.

Customers are responsible for issues resulting from incorrect shipping information.
