Order Change & Cancellation Policy

At Halapps, we understand that customers may occasionally need to update or correct an order shortly after checkout. Since many items move into preparation quickly—especially customized or personalized products—we provide a short flexibility window that allows adjustments without disrupting production. Our goal is to balance customer convenience with smooth, uninterrupted operations once processing begins.

4-Hour Modification Window

Customers have a strict 4-hour window after placing an order to request any change or cancellation. After this time, the order automatically enters processing and can no longer be modified.

During the first 4 hours, you can request:

  • Size changes
  • Color or style adjustments
  • Updates to personalization or custom text
  • Replacement of uploaded images or design files
  • Product quantity or variant changes
  • Shipping address updates
  • Full order cancellation

Once the 4-hour window ends, all information becomes final.

Why Changes Aren’t Allowed After 4 Hours

When the adjustment window closes, your order enters the production queue. At that point, our team begins preparing:

  • Reviewing custom files
  • Setting up printing or production instructions
  • Allocating materials and inventory
  • Scheduling your order in the workflow

Changes after this point would cause delays, material waste, or disruptions, so the policy applies equally to all customers.

How to Request a Change (Within 4 Hours)

If you need to make a correction, please act immediately.
The quickest method is email.

Send your request to: support@halapps.com

Use this subject line for fastest support:
“URGENT: Order [Your Order Number] – Change or Cancellation”

Include:

  • Your full name
  • Email used at checkout
  • Order number
  • Clear explanation of the change you need

Examples:

  • “Please update my size from L to XL.”
  • “I need to cancel my order.”
  • “Please replace the uploaded file with the attached image.”
  • “Please update my shipping address to: [new address].”

You may also contact us through halapps.com, but email is best for urgent requests.
Requests sent after the 4-hour period will be declined.

No Changes After 4 Hours

After processing begins, the following cannot be changed:

  • Size or color
  • Custom text or personalization
  • Uploaded images
  • Order quantity
  • Shipping address
  • Order cancellation

This rule ensures fair, efficient fulfillment for all customers.

Customer Responsibility for Correct Address

Customers must ensure their shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Please double-check:

  • Street name and number
  • Apartment, suite, or unit number
  • City, state, ZIP code
  • Correct spelling
  • Valid address recognized by carriers

Incorrect addresses can lead to delivery failures.

If the Address Is Incorrect

If a carrier cannot deliver due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees.

Common issues include:

  • Missing unit number
  • Incorrect ZIP code
  • Misspelled street name
  • Invalid address

If tracking shows delivery to the address provided, Halapps is not responsible for refund or replacement.
